The Electoral Literacy Club/ Cell will perform the following duties:

  • Co-ordinating voter awareness campaigns, promotion of ethical voting, enhancing the participation of the under privileged sections of society especially transgender, commercial sex workers, disabled persons and senior citizens with the help of Group Representatives of respective Schools.
  • Co-ordinating the registration process of new voters with the help of Group Representatives of respective Schools.
  • Any other activity assigned by DIQA/DR-DTT falling under the Cell.

    • All activities should report to the DIQA office. The tenure of the Co-ordinator and members of the Committee shall be for a period of three years from the date of issue of the order. Student Group Representatives will be appointed every year after their elections. Any logistic support required for the conduct of activities will provided by AR-DTT.
